Chay Sued(q já participou do idolos) fará o papel de Thomaz, Sophia Abrahão fará Alice, Lua Branco fará o papel de Roberta, Arthur Aguiar ficará como Diego, Melanie Fronckowiak ficou com o papel de Carla e finalmente Micael Borges(tb fez o papel de Luciano em malhação) fará Pedro.
Apesar na semelhança entre os personagens, a “Rebelde” do Brasil terá uma nova vila, não existente na versão original. Algumas adaptações de linguagem foram feitas, mas a história será bastante parecida com a trama mexicana. Os atores também formarão uma banda, assim como na novela original.
Com o elenco já formado, a Record estabeleceu algumas regras para os atores que participarão da novela; eles não poderão ter uma superexposição da mídia, além de ter que evitar saírem juntos e se envolverem em escândalos pela imprensa.
